Shipping policy
*If a product shows on the website as in stock but turns out not to be available we will reach out to the customer to for resolution of this issue. If the customer does not respond to Mel's inquiry's we will determine the best solution on a case by case basis. As a manufacturer based in Canada some items may require shipping directly from our Canadian facility and this can add 1-2 weeks to the delivery time.
All new orders received will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days if stock is available and will be shipped standard ground by the best courier option based on the delivery location. Delivery times will vary based on the final destination. Items not in stock at our US facility will come direct from our Canadian manufacturer. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Some locations may require the order be picked up at a courier terminal if service to your specific area is not provided.
You will be provided with courier information as well as tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
Any delay in shipping due to manufacturing issues will be reported to you.
All orders will be shipped “signature required” and items deemed “undeliverable” will be returned to shipper. In the event that an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us we will make an effort to contact you to correct the problem and the product may be shipped again at your expense.
Shipping delays on the part of the courier are not under our control and we will not be responsible should the courier be delayed after the product has left our facility.
